As a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, I work with athletes of all levels to elevate their game through targeted programming that supports strength, speed, agility, and endurance. I assess each athlete's unique needs and goals, then design personalized plans that include performance-focused training, nutrition guidance, and injury prevention strategies. Whether it's game day or training season, I help clients push past limits and perform at their peak, mentally and physically.

The Action Advanced Nutrition Certification allows me to apply contemporary nutrition science and behavior-change strategies in a fitness context. It equips me to design evidence-based nutrition plans, assess clients' eating patterns, address both macro- and micronutrient needs, and guide them toward sustainable habits that support health and performance.
